BRIAN + ASHLEE

The first thing I noticed when arriving in Austin, Texas was the city buildings. I had never been to Texas before, so what I imagined was completely different from reality. I imagined old saloons everywhere; maybe even a cowboy riding up beside my car. You know? The typical Western movies we grew up watching. I’ve been told there are places like that in Texas but “definitely not” Austin. Austin reminded me of San Diego, funnily enough, when I reached South Congress. Talk about COOL!

I met Brian yeeears ago in Maryland; he’s the best graphic designer I know. Not one of the best- THE best*. (*Not sponsored.) When he moved to Waco for school, I knew I had to visit at some point. Then he met Ashlee, and I knew that “some point” had come. Lol! So, we walked around South Congress, grabbed coffee and pizza, and got artsy.
